Logos

I first began with my 5 sketches and after going over them in class I decided to to pick the first 3 and revise the 3rd one the most

To begin my "Holy Cow" logo for a frozen yogurt/ice cream establishment I created a sort of snout for the cow and added a gradient and highlight

I then drew the tongue with the pen tool and added another gradient and highlights

I then added ice cream to show the theme of the logo and the nostril

I then typed and warped the name and began drawing cow spots

I then finished with this for my first logo

I then started drawing and adding gradient to them as well to the lemon logo

I decided to make it a pink lemon so that the white font would pop, I also decided to add drop shadows to break up the pieces

I decided this spiked thing instead of seeds looked better with the text so I did that instead

I then (using envelope distort) added each letter individually to complete my second logo

For my third logo I once again used gradient to create a Taco rather than a Burrito. With this I used some of the textured brushes

I then added some spots of color like in a taco to break up the neutral tones.

Since the name means paradise I decided to draw on some palm trees to break up some of the negative space

I then added the text to the exterior rather than interior and finished my third logo
Here's the end result:
